1. I have checked and confirm that the video/s I supply are be in a reasonable playable condition. I understand that conversion will maintain current quality, it cannot improve it. Any faults or problems on my tape will be transferred to the DVD. I have confirmed the runtime of the tape and that it does not exceed my chosen option. Videos must be continuous. (If editing is requested or required there will be an extra charge based on the time involved).
2. I understand that all possible care is taken with my videos but that The DVD Co. accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of those videos while in the care of The DVD Co.
3. I understand copyright and state law, and that I have full and legal authority to authorise the duplication of this video tape.
4. The transfer service provided is a simple one-to-one copy and does not include precise starting, stopping and or editing of the video content. However The DVD Co. will do its best with the material supplied.
5. The DVD Co. will not not view your video beyond that needed to start and stop the copying process.
7. All DVDs are supplied on DVD-R disc. While this format is compatible with more than 95% of consumer set-top DVD players, I understand it is my responsibility to check compatibility with my player. (If your player will play VCD or was purchased in the last 2 years, it will probably play DVD-R)
